We
understand the importance of proper management of projects and programs.
We have received a very good rating evaluation from the Program Office
of the Government in the management of programs and engineering projects
for the C-38 fleet of aircraft that operate out of Andrews AFB. We can
also assist you in achieving a successful target through our
Project/Program Management team.
Our
team has directed and managed the successful deployment of original
manuals for two developing new aircraft, converted text manuals for the
Westwind to CD-ROM, Provided training materials on CD-ROM, and developed
customized customer briefing cards for business aircraft. These are a
few examples of our capabilities within the Technical Publications
arena.
HTA
is trusted as a leader in providing solutions for the aviation
community. Our team members have successfully provided cost effective
solutions to a myriad of aviation and aircraft conditions by supplying
support to major OEMs’ such as Gulfstream Aerospace, Galaxy Aerospace,
and others. We are able to work in the background on such projects as
APX-100 installations on Gulfstream G100 aircraft, stress analysis for G200 Jump
seat, and foreign certification for the G200 aircraft. We have also
worked with major repair facilities in providing cost effective repairs
and stress analysis to support the repair of structural components. We
are also able to support FBO’s when unexpected conditions are found and
they are in the need for engineering services.
